In fact, I don’t actually know Dave. But I do know quite a bit about him from his blog. Dave was a chef at Chez Panisse (founded by the great Alice Waters) and then he moved to Paris. And then he started to blog about working in his tiny Parisian kitchen. Later he got a bigger one, and he is still at it, with a new book out on the subject. I love that Dave has merged his life style and his career. And I love the glimpses of Paris that Dave offers. Very cool! And I am envious. A Williams-Sonoma interview! Well, dream on dude.
