Blue Apron Goes sustainable

Blue Apron is an interesting brand.  They solve the “what’s for dinner?” pain point with home delivered pre-packaged bundles of fresh and high-quality raw ingredients along with recipes. And folks love it.

But Blue Apron was criticized for using supplies that were not of the highest quality. No more! They are teaming up with Bill Niman to ensure that all of its animal-based products are raised in sustainable environments.

I think this is a winning combo. But let’s see how the market reacts!
